Unlike many other agents Stadium Residential do not add a handling or administration fee to contractors works.
Our process is transparent - the preferential rates that we negotiate with our approved and verified contractors are passed on directly to our clients.
As part of our property management service, we provide support 24 hours, 7 days a week to ensure that property management staff can resolve all emergency issues as quickly as possible.
Outside of our usual office hours, tenants can report an emergency by simply calling 020 7046 6230 - a trained property manager will assess the situation and instruct a contractor as necessary.
Stadium Residential aim to offer an exceptional service to Landlords and Tenants alike to ensure value for money and maximise our clients return from their property assets. Regular scheduled property visits are undertaken and reports produced for our landlords highlighting any issues that may arise and make recommendations to help keep their investment in tip top condition.
Rental income is paid directly into clients nominated bank account.
Landlords who appoint us to manage their property can also elect to pay their initial letting and management fees throughout the term of the tenancy to aid their cash flow.
